General Information:
The bulk of THE Office City's business is done within the surrounding Redwood City & Stockton area. However, we do deliver outside of this area on a daily basis.

In Town Orders:
THE Office City accepts orders until 5:00pm Pacific time. The purpose for this cutoff is so that we can guarantee delivery of your merchandise by the next business day. If we cannot deliver your order by the next business day then we will notify you with the reason and the length of the delay the morning after your order was placed.

Out of Town Orders:
If you are an out of town customer then we will do everything possible to get your order to you the following business day. In order for you to recieve your order the next business day THE Office City must receive the order before 12:00pm Central time.

Some items in our catalog cannot ship UPS. In those few instances we will ship your order via common carrier. This method of shipment could increase delivery time from next day to as long as 3-5 days. In the event that this should happen we will contact you and inform you of the delay.
